We visited Old Heritage Town Restaurant in Ajman especially looking for authentic Litti Chokha, and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. In many places across the UAE, Litti is usually fried, but here they prepared it in the authentic traditional way upon our special request — personally handled by the owner himself — and it was absolutely amazing. You could genuinely feel the love, confidence, and passion in the food they serve. Everything else we tried was also perfect, fresh, and full of authentic flavors. Running a restaurant is not an easy job, and we truly appreciate the efforts of the whole team for bringing authentic ethnic cuisine to people in the UAE. A small suggestion for improvement: the servers should smile more and interact warmly with customers. Hospitality becomes even more beautiful when service feels friendly and welcoming rather than robotic. May God bless the entire team. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic taste and heartfelt food.
